All orders placed through the webshop are binding. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time.

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We ship our products to Finland and other countries. The delivery time and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products. If you decide to return the products, they must be in their original condition and packaging. We will refund the purchase price of the returned products within 14 days of receiving them. The cost of returning the products is at your expense unless we have agreed otherwise.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you received the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
We are responsible for ensuring that the products you receive are in conformity with the contract of sale. If the products are defective, you have the right to have them repaired or replaced free of charge or to receive a price reduction or a full refund. The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Site or the products purchased from our webshop. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.

Alternatively, the consumer may bring the dispute before the competent court in Espoo, Finland.
